Our premium matcha is a high quality green tea produced from hand-picked leaves, dried and finely stone ground.  Every 1 lb of matcha takes about 15 hours to produce.  It's easy to see how this tea is surrounded by 1,500 years of tradition. 100% Pure, clean, refreshing, healthy, rich in antioxidants and lightly astringent.

How to Prepare: 

1. Scoop half a teaspoon of FDLV Matcha into a cup. Add sweetener if desired.

2. Pour 1oz 165ºF water into the cup (not boiling)

3. Use a bamboo whisk to dissolve powder until matcha slurry is smooth. Whisk in a zigzag motion to create a consistent level of foam

4. Add in frothed milk or milk alternative for matcha tea latte or with hot/iced water to make matcha "americano"
