FDLV Matcha Powder 60g

First harvest ceremonial grade and stone ground from Shizuoka Japan.

HOW TO PREPARE: 

1. Sift half a teaspoon of FDLV Matcha into a small bowl
2. Add 40 ml hot, but not boiling water into the small bowl
3. Use a bamboo whisk (chasen) to dissolve matcha powder by whisking in a circular motion a few times, then in a zig zag motion repeatedly for about 15 seconds or so to create micro-foam
4. Pour matcha mixture into a glass of milk for a matcha latte or with hot/iced water to make matcha "americano"
